其亦正在拓展其業務至消費品市場，以配合本集團「易生活，惠民生」之經營原則。

本集團管理以下業務：商品貿易業務於二零一九年四月一日至二零一九年九月三十日期間（「本期間」），本集團繼續專注採購本地優質產品，以銷往中國各零售渠道或較下層之代理商。

為擴展客戶基礎及貿易量以及擴大產品種類，本集團繼續採取低利潤策略，以吸引更多銷售合作渠道。

本集團將尋求從直接銷售或開發客戶化產品中增加毛利率，以提升本集團整體盈利能力。

智能數據服務惠付通集團以零售資料智慧化為核心技術，並依靠互聯網、雲計算、人工智慧和大數據的組合應用，開創一個全新的，與傳統實業緊密結合的平台。

並以數位行銷解決方案為服務目標及以零售終端商戶為服務物件，提供軟硬體一體化的店鋪管理系統及資料化行銷方案，是先進的線上線下結合的智慧零售服務提供者。

業務展望及未來發展自二零一八年以來，世界貿易和經濟格局已經發生了巨大的變化，中國的經濟發展受到了相當大的影響。

傳統產業萎縮，新經濟尤其網絡電商此起彼伏，成功者甚寡。

毫無疑問，新技術正在影響各個領域及日常生活的各個環節。

鑒於經濟動盪不安，公司的業務受到影響，發展並不順利。

但是，本公司本身所制定的「易生活，惠民生」的總的發展方針是正確的。

由於傳統產業依然是新經濟發展的基礎和依托，新技術與傳統產業必須結合，方能實現成功轉型。
